I have lived here for almost 4 years now. Improvements on the property were obviously needed as the area as a whole was due for a renovation. As for the length of time it takes, thats another whole story. I am hoping to move within the next year, and I figure at the rate they are going, the rest of my residency will be "under renovation", or "dinking around at the entrance" as the prior reviewer put it. I just feel bad to the residents that were lied to when moving in, stating it would be done quickly.
Since I have lived here for so long, I have seen managers pass though numerous times. The current manager has done a better job than the 2 former managers, however, the managers availabity is the worst. The manager is not there on the Weekends EVER, or past 4pm during the week. So if you need an issue addressed, good luck. The assistant is just as bad, they have created schedules for themselves to leave the poor leasing specialist there all by herself most of the time, and the specialist has to take the grunt of every complaint, I kind of feel bad. Its almost like corporate america, the big guys get out scot free, while the low guy on the totem pole is "screwed".
If you are looking to move to this complex, make sure you get a final date of when this so called "dinking around at the entrance", will be complete, and then hold the complex to it. Its their responsibility not to tell lies to their customers.

It's the current manager that has apparently elected not to go to the expense of keeping the second pool open and maintained. Improvements to the entrance are nothing but "window dressing", and do not reflect the level of maintenance throughout the rest of the complex.

I have zero sympathy for any of the "grunts" in the office. No one put a gun to their head. If they don't like their job they have the same option everyone else does... quit. Fact is they're a paid representative of their company. I will GLADLY leave them alone the second I'm put into reliable contact with their superiors.
