I lived in wesley from 09/05 to 09/07, we didn't have any major problems when we lived here, just a few minor issues. The maintenance team were a little slow to respond when our air went out twice in 1 month. Also the building we lived in had a lot of dogs, and sometimes the owners would let there dogs urinate in the walkway and the stinch was awful, and the maintenance would never clean up the walkways and one of them lived in the same building so he saw the mess. The gate never worked for the 2yrs we were there, they finally fixed it after we moved out because a few days after we left we received a call to come and pick up our gate key, go figure. Also one of the pools has been closed since 2005, not sure why. The only other thing we have an issue with is our deposit, we are supposed to get it this week and they have charged us a 200.00 final water bill, even though we have paid about 50.00 everymonth for the past 2yrs, according to the lease if we used over that amount we would be charged the difference, well it was only 2 of us we were gone for 8-10hrs out of the day, we took showers at night, and we only washed clothes one a week, so I guess they needed a way to keep part of our deposit!!!!!! Also if we had of stayed in apartment our rent would have gone from 854.00 to 967.80

Actually there is a way to track your water usage at USIBILLS.com. All you need to do is call the office and they will direct you to the person who can give you your log-on and password. That way you will know exactly how much you will owe when you move out and there will be no surprises.
