I have lived in these apartments for almost a year now, and they are not as bad as some of the other ones I have seen. So far to date there have been minimal problems that we needed fixed in our apartment but when we did it did take a little bit of time for them to get around to fixing it. The neighboors are not too terrible. Not a lot of loud music or anything. Most of them are quiet and nice. The parking is bad but that is only becuse half of the people who drive and live near us don't know how to park. The only complaint I have is about the gate and keeping up with the grounds. The gate key never works so you always have to tail someone to get in when the gate is closed but most of the time it is open. The maintence of the grounds is terrible though. They maintence men came to our apartment to find some leak that was in the roof, but ended up tearing up all along the outside of our apartment, in the master bedroom and bath and in the kitchen. All the repairs inside the apartment got fixed promptly but the outside of our apartment looks terrible due to the maintence men not putting the plants back in the ground.
Overall the experience here has been moderate, not terrible but could be better. But still is is better than other apartments around, you get what you pay for.

The gates are absolutely ridiculous. They exist to serve ONE purpose only. So they can add the phrase "Gated Community" to their marketing materials. They're broken MORE than half the time. The funniest is when the in gate is broken but they still keep the out gate closed... IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY!
