Ok, so we've lived here for 4 months so far, and there are plenty of things that I would love to change.

First of all, there are way too many children that live here. Their parents let them run around without any supervision into the late hours. The people that live here, or at least in our building, could be of a higher calibur, but hey, they ARE apartments.

A lot of people have loud, bumblebee cars that they like to rev up at whatever time of the day that is inconvenient for everyone else. Also, I must add something about the people who live below us - they fit all these categories. A definite drug dealer with a loud, obnoxious car with hydraulics, likes to have a bunch of random people over on WEEKDAY nights and smoke pot outside WHILE some of their children are present. SOOO awful, thanks a lot to the cop who lives in the complex who's supposed to be patroling every now and then.

And, with the 2 pools that this complex prides themselves on - it's not great. They don't lock the gates to it at night, even though the lease says it does. One OR the other is open sometimes, and it just attracts the loserly teenagers at night who like to sit out there, drink, smoke, and make a lot of noise. I emailed the office, and they didn't care.

There are way too many "ethnic" people who live here and contribute heavily to the large children population and messy, crowded garbage area. I really just don't appreciate mariachi music blaring underneath my window at 3 in the morning on a flipping Tuesday.

Overall, what I'm trying to say is: Do not move in here. Management don't give a crap about you and your problems. The residents are trashy. And, what you pay for is not what you get.

If you dont like kids then you shouldnt live in an apartment complex!! As for the ethnic diversity One you sound racist and two you shouldnt live in such a large city if you dont like ethnic diversity!! Quit complaining!!

Wow. That was completely uncalled for. Hm... isn't it funny that a lot of people who point out things that are possibly racist are in fact racist themselves??? Hm, something to think about. NO ONE in this world is completely open to everyone else. Give me a break. Get off your soapbox and get a life. I'm sure my review has helped more people than offended. Sorry I can't get a mortgage loan right now while I'm in school trying to better myself, unlike some people. YOU THINK I WANT TO LIVE IN AN APARTMENT?? Does anyone want to live in an apartment? Oh wait, yes. People who aren't citizens who don't pay income taxes. That's who. Don't preach to me about stuff that is true.

Oh my, this is sad. I'm not sure where you were raised but I feel sorry for you. Your upbringing obviously leaves a lot to be desired. As far as being in school and bettering yourself, good, you need it. If you really are focusing on your education why don't you move into the dorms? or, rent a house? If you hate children may I suggest sparing the world and not having any? This would free you up to spend more time bettering yourself and perhaps if you focus hard enough you might actually rise to the "calibur" you pretend to.

Oh my god you have the same problem. Those cars who revs up in the complex does it right in front my window and there are tire marks all over on the street in front my unit. I'm getting ready to move out soon. awful experience.........

Haha, I know the exact bumble bee car of which you speak. It's a little silver deal with some lanky goatie wearing guy driving. The most annoying thing in this place next to the lack of water. BTW, I'm pretty sure that guy WORKS for the complex. Figures huh?
