Without a doubt, the worst place to live, ever.

Unfortunately, I've lived in this dive for almost four years now. I'm currently in the process of reviewing potential legal action due to not having water for the better part of a WEEK. The leasing office staff are not helpful, over-worked, and I don't think I've ever seen the same face in there twice. I can imagine being one of two people attempting to service SO many irate residents makes for high turn-over.
The maintenance staff has to be the most incompetent group of bunglers ever. I've never seen this many water mains break so often. I've probably spent over 20 days without water over the duration of my time here. While that might not sound like much over four years... you see how happy you are after not being able to bath, brush your teeth, use a toilet or even make a cup of coffee for over 12 hours at a time. The water system in this complex is quite simply unacceptable.
I won't even go into how many times they've entered my apartment without notice nor permission when I wasn't home. Well, there was that one time I was watching TV and the maintenance guy just barged in without even knocking. He wasn't even apologetic about it. Good thing I was decent at the time.

Eat a ---- Shelly. The lease, and GA law, both say "with reasonable notice". They cannot enter any time they want, not in this country. Let me guess, you work in the Leasing office? Sounds like you know about as much as they do about how to run this PoS complex. Tip, we're not in a communist country. Idiot.

I live here as well. You live in an apartment. They can enter any time they want. They don't need permission. Read your lease.
