We moved from out of state, all the paperwork was ready, very easy move... We love our apartment

Wait until to renew your lease your rent will go up more than you expect and than if you want to move you have to give a 60 day notice good luck everyhing was fine and great when i moved into too

Also you will have a very painful time as soon as you start getting maintenance problems. Be prepared to be without water (with no notice) sometimes, stinking toilet for few days if it gets choked, water seeping into your carpets due to flooding in your toilet, go to office with your door open because maintenance refuses to repair your door lock which is not working for 1 week.
