I ABSOLUTELY AGREE WITH EVERYONE'S POSTINGS! My fiance and I just moved out on March 15, 2009. We just received a letter in the mail this past weekend stating we owed $591.75 after the $150 deposit was taken!!!! WTF! They say we owe over $200 in final water and are trying to bill us for ridiculous so called "damages" to the apartment. Also trying to charge us for a final electric bill in which GA Power has already billed us for, and what GA Power billed us was much less than Wesley Apts trying to charge...how is that possible!

They make me sick to my stomach! I spoke to -------- (manager) and she's the most incompetent thing I've ever crossed. They charged us cleaning fee for leaving the phone book in the laundry room!!! C'mon seriously! We never received a copy of our lease and I've been there each day this week and they keep saying "The office where your file is is locked, if you come back tomorrow we'll have it ready." That's been the excuse since we moved in March LAST YEAR!! I told them to have it ready for me TODAY and I will take it and talk to a lawyer. I've also called the water company SEVERAL times and left messages stating that I want copies of every bill from the time I moved in until I moved out and want to see actual consumption because I find it hard to believe that we used more than $40/month for water every month for 12 months. They never told us that we'd be billed when we moved out for addt'l water...if that's the case then don't include water in the rent, LET THE RESIDENTS BE BILLED BY THE WATER COMPANY EACH MONTH!!!!! That way they know exactly how much they are using and what to pay for. I can't imagine if I stayed there over 1yr no telling how much they would've tried to bill us for.

Also beware if you don't give an EXACT 60 day notice they will charge you rent for each day you are off the 60 day! We were a few days off the 60day notice and they charged us $375!! These cons should be stopped this is outrageous! I am beyond pissed and refuse to pay 1 cent until I get legal assistance.

I agree..I also got billed for water usage and apartment cleaning after I left. When we left I made sure that apartment was as clean as they gave me when I first moved in. I vacummed it in the rooms..no damage to any walls..nothing..and now I get a letter stating you have been charged for cleaning the apartment and what the ---- is water bill for? We should take some legal actions against these crooks..this is outrageous..water bill is the worst part..how come all the residence in wesley plantation only have more than 4 times the usage of water compare to others. My current apartment charges me just around 40 bucks a month for water..comapare to wesley plantions charging me 120-150 / month through out..i know i have been using the same amount of water here at new apt aswell..these people are full of crap...we need to be united and take legal actions against them...what say?

I agree I talked to the lady who does the water bills last month she told me I had a credit of 256.00 so I wanted to use it for my final rent because it will only be a half of month. So I asked that the office get me the exact credit and pro-rate to let me know how much my rent would be. I am a single person and paying 55.00 a month I was told by the water department lady my water bill is 35-40.00 so when I got the rent bill the credit went down to 236.00 credit. Huh so I sent an e-mail and the water department rep called me and when I asked why I was told one thing and it is now 236.00. She said I am ending the call I am not going to argue excuse me. I never raised my voice all I was asking for was clarification and then she said I am ending this call. I was floored because I didn't say a rude word or anything all I did was ask a question WOW. I guess I am a criminal for asking a question since I have yet to receive a water bill but yet I pay the bill I am told.

We all need to take legal action. This is out of control and must be stopped. I am sitting on a bill for over 200 dollars from them that they cannot give me any explanation for, since i left the place in great condition. I am not paying them a cent..and I am looking to take legal action. I think if we all take legal action..we have a very good case against them..we are not making this stuff up..it's real. I now only pay 40dollars at my new place for water per month...and it's a 3 bedroom apt...that is waaaayyyyyyy less than the 200 dollar bill them crooks charged me at wesley for a 2 bedroom...! Outrageous...and then they have the nerve to forward you to their own made up "accounts" department...This is so phony!!! They need serious help..This company is going down..Mark my words!
