Moving out in November and already looking for a new place

I have lived here since Nov. of last year. It started out nice, the office agents were nice and helpful. Got all paperwork done and moved in within a few days. In December, my washer stopped spinning. I won't even go into everything as I had to call MULTIPLE times. In late January they FINALLY replaced it (I called them once/twice a week until then). The manager is extremely nice, they have a 2-day maintenance guarantee which she took care of for me and I got $200 taken off rent due to the hassles. The dryer has been called about a few times, the lint trap doesn't catch like it should or there is a crazy amount of lint inside the dryer where my vacuum cannot reach. They said they cleaned it out with the kit thing I was going to buy but still everytime I open the door lint goes everywhere and I have to shake it off my clothes/towels/etc. The rent is $760 for my one bedroom plus $65 for water. They are nice apts...just pay too much for things to not be handled within two weeks. Oh, one more thing, I woke up to no water on two occasions, after calling the office ALL day the first day with no answer I went inside the office to complain and found out that a water line had broken. Now there are men banging on the patio gate things to replace them...again this happened with no warning so I wake up to hammering thinking someone is trying to break in. One more thing, the gates...they never ever shut on the incoming side...so you come home all the time to flyers on your door, inside your doorway, and wake up to people at your door trying to tell you about the Lord.

The so-called security gates are a joke anyway. Why do they keep the outgoing gate closed all the time (especially when the back gate is wide open)??? Most of the time when I come in the incoming gate, there's somebody sitting, waiting to piggy-back in when I use my card to open the gate. Even worse, most of the time those who are piggy-backing always want to pass you.

They are not security gates. Read your lease. They are called "access gates".
