I moved into Wesley Plantation in January 2009. As a former real estate agent, I visited 15 properties before deciding on this apartment and I had a lot of requirements and expectations.
The property is very well maintained and the community is quiet. Police officers live in the community and drive through all areas frequently. This is the second time I have chosen to live in this complex when moving to this area.
The apartment was vacant two monthes prior to our move-in and was completely renovated, new carpet, resurfaced counters, freshly painted etc. We had a problem with the thermostat and maintenance quickly corrected the problem. This is a partial list of the continual maintenance I've observed in the few monthes since our move:
1. Pressure washed all buildings and walkways
2. Replaced wood railings on decks and patios/painted these, also painting of all siding
3. Lawn mainteance every week including edging, blowing, shrubbery/tree care in all areas of property, every morning a maintenance worker walks the parking lot picking up trash
4. Pest control available every Wednesday - either complete spray of cabinet, laundry etc. or a light spray of baseboards, kitchen and entries
5. Always gives notice of water outage for repairs or painting that may affect residents property on decks or patios
So far, this has been the best apartment community experience I've had. I would definitly recommend visiting the property, observe the atmosphere and ask questions.

You must be the property manager thi place is horrible and you know it. You cannot censor the truth. Too many people have had bad experiences at this place and Im one of them. If you are truly a tenant write back after a year, termites and roaches will be happy to greet you back home.

They painted the windows! I don't believe it! One of the best features of the 1BR apartments were the french doors opening to the porch and they painted over the windows with some color of brown paint.

I agree I have lived there over 18months and it was rosey at first and they are now just updating that stuff come visit my apartment and then let me know if you still believe what you wrote about how wonderful this place is

You are a fricken lie! You must work there or you are -------- the manager. That place sucks and I'm glad I left. You won't feel the same when you move out and see that you'll be charge $600 in damages and final water bill!

I do not live here, however I have stayed many night with a friend who lives here and never have I once seen a cop drive through. If they did I'm sure they would witness a few drug deals, because I definitly witnessed a few in the 30 seconds it took to walk from the apartment to my car. Also there are no less than 10 wild cats who roam about this property.

I posted the positive review that seems to have caused some negative feedback. I'm surprised because I have lived her almost a year now and stand by my review. Everything I wrote continues to be true as well as more positive experiences. I'm defintely not part of the management team. I work from my apartment everyday, so I am able to observe the atmosphere and attitude 24/7. As far as people finding roaches, I've never seen one. This week a pest control worker came to my apartment to offer to treat it as he made his rounds, and I didn't request it! If you call the office and get on the list, you will be sprayed on Wednesday of that week as often as you ask. There are three police officers (with prominent vehicles) living on the property. I sit on my deck at least two to three hours a day/night. I DO see them riding through, even turning down the end streets and coming back through EVERY day. I'm amazed at the response to this review and can only say if you are having a problem with this apartment complex, you are not communicating well with the management or maintenance. Or you have never had the unfortunate experience of living in other apartment complexes. I enjoy this community enough that I'm considering moving my elderly mother here from out of state. All I can say is, if you are looking at apartments you should ignore the negative comments and check it out for yourself. I have no motive to spend my time writing a review to lie as it's been said. I just truly love this community.
