Great Place to live! Very clean and quiet! - I have lived here for about 6 months. We really enjoy it. In the summertime, I enjoyed going to the pool all the time. My Honest Opinion. Pro : Cheaper than most of other places.
Cons : Loud neighbors,High crime rate(Has histories of break-ins and even a murder case, Dirty environment (Has roaches).
Overall Im very unsatisfied of condition of living here and Can't wait to move out.

Mold problem If you like mold, it's the place for you. There's mold under the carpet, in the central air closet, in the air duct, in the wall. Water pipes break when temperature is below freezing, and you end up living in water.

GANGSTA PARADISE This is the damn pit! Terrible place to stay...the gates never work...always broke! Kids up all night...theft issues...dirty all the time! Not a place to stay..management is horrible....i would rather stay on the street in a dumpster!
