Not nice place to live Glad to see I am not the only one with bad experience in this apt. The safety has gone way down. The gates dont work most of the time. Mailboxes get broken into. Cant wait to move out.

Turning ghetto by the day We are moving out in couple months. Maintenance here is not too bad. You are lucky if you dont get roaches, but I have been spraying with Ortho Home Defense every month but still too many roaches. Then someone told me that the roaches just come in from attached apts

This place has become worst ever to live .... compared to an enjoyable place that it was for past 2 years. Very loud music being played and young folks hanging out in streets and walkways. I've personally complained several times in last couple of weeks but it seems no actions were taken.

Staff and Comples My husband and I have been occupants for a year now and we have recently renewed our lease. The office staff is very professional! The maintenance staff is very fast! The complex is always clean. If ever there is an issue, the staff makes sure that it is handled immediately!
