I moved to AMLI Perimeter Gardens in late September. My husband and I love the place. Great use of space with a modern flair. Love, love, love the kitchen...you have the choice of 3 different types of cabinet colors...couldn't believe that. We leased out our home to "try out" Dunwoody to see if we liked the area before buying, so had tons to put in storage. Our storage space is huge and you save tons of $$$ renting from AMLI versus renting storage space elsewhere in the area. Great business office and workout area (don't go much but need to)! I work in Alpharetta and traffic equals to 15 min commute. My husband is downtown and his commute is like 15-20 minutes.

Because this is a new apartment building and it is on the high end side, naturally we are going to attract unwanted attention, such as the break ins. I agree with the other resident...be RESPONSIBLE. Don't leave valuables or what could be deemed as valuables by somebody up to no good. You would not or should not leave bags in your car in any other location. Management has been responsive each and every time. Remember I said we moved in late September' Well, I was there when police reports were taken and security guards being placed on HIGH alert. I also remember management having a "neighborhood" watch meeting that NO ONE attended (shame on me, had to work). Then followed up with another that was attended by many. We now have security cameras in the garages that are visable...LOVE that!

The only thing that I can think to say we need improvement upon was the hallways but I see that has been addressed. So, no problems... I would recommend this aparment home to anyone.
