The whole atmosphere is nice. When it rains the water flows down inside the hallways leading to your apartment door. After maybe 15 or more car breaks ins they finally decided to get a security system. This is a smoke free property. One would think in paying so much money for rent that maintenance would change the light bulbs. They are very limted in changing out your appliances if something goes wrong. Those specialty lights that they ordered for the bathroom are $18.00 4/pack- they do not reimburse you for those. You can HEAR your neighbors upstairs walking and talking and other things if you know what I mean....No pets allowed
