The thin walls. If you have neighbors that live above you.....you will be able to hear every move they make. I can hear when my neighbors walk, flush the toilet, open their kitchen cabinets and move furniture around among other things. But other than this the apartments are really beautiful. The office staff seem to be really nice and the grounds are well kept.
