I've lived here about a year now, and other than the rash of break ins that occurred when I first moved in (to which I was a victim), it's been a pretty nice place. I do agree that the water problem in the hallways is out of control, hopefully it will be addressed. Seems like doors might do the trick' There aren't any tennis courts, hot tub, or heated pool, so it falls short on these amenities but I knew that when I moved in. I do agree the walls are paper thin, I can hear when my neighbors above and next door are flushing the toilot or taking a shower. Luckily the floors seem pretty thick, I haven't heard much from upstairs. Now that they have security cameras in the parking deck, I would give it a B overall.
