I am a current resident here. I've been here since they opened and I have seen many different leasing consultants. I've had mixed feelings about this place of course, as you will pretty much at any apartment complex. In the beginning it seemed like everything was fresh and new for the staff which meant they tried harder to make the residents happy. They had many resident activities for us including the Braves games... yes they were awesome, however once the new manager showed up it seems like everything went downhill from there. There aren't very many resident functions and they are never really fun... no one ever shows up (nor does he show his face at any of them! I'm usually one out of a handful of people that comes to see what's going on. I've noticed that the leasing consultants here have gone in and out of this place are always walking on egg shells like the previous person had written. I think Amli is way to hard on their employees, or maybe its just the new Manager, and I think his name is actually -----. Everytime I've had the agony of speaking with him he always acts like a biggit! I've heard him cut down his staff numerous times... right in front of me! He cuts them down and trys to make them feel about 1 inch tall. I witnessed him doing this to an employee that had only been there for probably 2 weeks and for something that would have been completely excusable for a new employee. I think she did something wrong in the computer. This may be why the staff keeps changing! I have to admit the property looks and smells amazing all the time, that hasn't changed. And the maintenance crew is outstanding as always!
I would like to praise the newist leasing consultants (probably not the last though unfortunately). If I have their names correct they are ----- and ------. They have been so friendly and professional since the first time I've met them. I was impressed to meet new leasing consultants that jumped right in, shook my hand and introduced themselves. This goes for both of them, it really amazed me. They are always working so hard when I enter the office and they are so very helpful. I can tell in the way that they talk to me and treat me that they trully do care about my comfort and happiness in my apartment. Thank you ladies! In addition, they did a terrific job on the christmas party that was just held. I felt terrible for them though that not very many people showed up but it was well put together and very professional looking. I noticed the Toys for Tots ben was completely empty! What's wrong with the people here... can you not donate a toy from the damn dollar store to help this worthy cause'
I would say that I would probably recommend this community for its cleanliness, the friendly atmosphere, and parts of the staff, however I really hope they consider a new manager. To be perfectly honest with you I see the assistant manager here as more of a "manager" type. Maybe they should switch positions.

Come on that "holiday party" was a huge disappointment! That's why no one showed up. Holiday party means music, food, and fun; there was none of that. We walked in and no one even greeted us. We didn't know staff was present until we were leaving.
The staff here is not friendly at all! We can't wait till our lease is up so we can move. We too have been here from the beginning. Yes, it was better then; staff was pleasant and even knew your name. Resident activities were free, not merely an event to raise money.
Things really have changed, on a couple of occassions I and other members of my family have walked into the leasing office only to be ignored for a few minutes before staff (who had not been busy) decided to acknowledge us. It's not like they don't hear you come in they have chime alerting them that someone has entered.
They are paying a security company that is here so sporadically that there is no way they can get to know the residents, and then harass you if you forget your gate key, but always seem to miss those residents who are smoking in their balcony/porch area.
They took away the good coffee machine from the leasing office and advertise the internet cafe with that lousy one that isn't cleaned, heck, I don't even know if it even works anymore and who knows when those coffee beans were changed. I just expected more for my money and more from AMLI.
