This apartment complex is probably the cleanest and safest in Dunwoody. The tenants are all very thoughtful and the staff is nothing but helpful. The complex is about a year old and we had very little problems, but the problems we did have were taken care of by the staff within 24 hours. We were in the Alliance floor plan and our utilities per month were around $80. The floor plans are very open, spacious and wonderfully laid out. My wife and I are both working professionals looking for a nice place in the Dunwoody area that is not involved with the traffic on Ashford Dunwoody. Everything you need is within a mile and there are some wonderful restaurants just down the street (again, not having to get on Ashford Dunwoody Rd.). There is a 15 minute commute to the Buckhead area and about a 15 minute commute to I-75 at Windy Hill. We have nothing but compliments with this complex and would greatly recommend this place to anyone wanting to live near the fun spots of Buckhead and Atlanta without actually having to live there.

Can you please comment on the safety of this apartment? Is it a gated community? Shady people hanging around the apartment at night? Any break ins you heard of?

There was a break-in about two years ago, and there have been some break-ins in cars. But the staff has been very good of hiring security guards and informing the residents of the problems. I have lived in several complexes and this one is fine.
