After moving out of a house with the most despicable property managers of all time, moving to Amli Perimeter Gardens has been a breath of fresh air. On our move-in day, our apartment was in such clean condition, it almost looked like it had never even been lived in. Our leasing consultant is the assistant property manager, and she has been overly kind and helpful in everything we have needed thus far.

I have now been here a month, and I've only had to put in a maintenance request one time for a lightbulb that had gone out in the bathroom. They had the bulb replaced within an hour of me letting them know about it! I love the fact that the apartment complex does not allow dogs or smoking. Although I am a dog lover, I am not a poop lover or a barking lover. My brother-in-law lives at Two Blocks, right across the street, and they have lots of pet issues over there that I'm glad I don't have to deal with.

I am here many days by myself, since I am a full-time grad student, and I feel safer than I ever thought I would. The community is completely gated, and this is truly the quietest, calmest apartment complex I have ever seen. The gym never seems to have many people in it, although it has a lot to offer for an apartment gym. And since there are two pools, the one our apartment overlooks is smaller and does not have a shallow end. Therefore, it is less occupied, and I love it!

The floorplans are really spacious, and we ended up getting an apartment with the stained concrete flooring, which is trendy and a breeze to clean and maintain. I also never have a problem finding a parking spot right near our hallway entrance. So far no complaints whatsoever!
