AMLI at Perimeter Gardens is beautiful and modern. The apartments have contemporary features, which I love, and are kept very clean. The noise, however, takes away from this property. Floors creek when walked upon, neighbors can be heard blowing their noses and talking. The walls and floors are so thin you can even hear drawers opening and closing. When your upstairs neighbor is up at 4 a.m. so are you. You can hear your downstairs neighbors as well.

Also, beware of hidden deposits before signing your lease. There were several additional fees for trash, water, and pass through fees that I was not aware of until lease signing, when they already had my deposits for the apartment.
