Good place...unless you expect maintenance to fix things quickly. The air conditioning in the exercise room has now been broke for over three months...and they don't seem to overly concerned about fixing it. Average temperature in the room is over 80 degrees.
It took over three months to get tub stopper fixed in my apartment. And I had to show the maintenance people that the kitchen faucet was leaking...the first time they checked it they could not see that it leaked (which it clearly did since the cabinet under it had water stains on it.

It seems that most of these responses are from the past three years, please if there's someone that have been there for the past 3 years speak the truth. If changes are not getting better, remember that you have a lease, and the complex must grant you peace and quiet. Now if this is not happening they have forfied your lease. Someone need to challenge the owners. TAKE THEM TO COURT.....SLUM LORDS MUST GO....HOWEVER, PEOPLE MUST STAND TOGETHER TO GET THEM OUT.
