I found this apt through this site. The management sucks big time. They have an "excellant" office space which is just a sham to begin with. They are uncooperative and very rigid people. I had maintainence problems 4 times so far and they would only show up after repeatedly calling them. Each time we give a call they would say "we are working on that". There are lot of roaches in the apt. Also I had seen couple of times cops cars outside the apt confronting people. This used to be a good place when I moved in June 05 but this year it has deteriorated very bad. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. There are better places around Dunwoody.

Please inform me of the better apartment complexes in Dunwoody. I will be new in Ga, moving from the surburbs of New Jersey(Mount Laurel/Morristown)this summer. I love the complex where I live however due to extremely high cost of living in New Jersy I have to move on. Hopefully, I'll find a place where people respect each other, and are responsible individuals wanting better things in life for not only themselves but also for their neighbors in Dunwoody. If you can help me, please direct me to those communities with those standards I mentioned aboved. I plan to attend DR. Charles Stanley's church and refer to live in close proximity. I'll pray that things in your complex will change for the better. In this world LOVE is missing, God said that we must love our neighbors as we love ourselves. If we just try this the world would be a better place. It's not to late to change. God said if we don't forgive them He won't forgive us. Let us all stay prayed up for each other. We do not know what the other person is going through. Times are hard and people are running scared, and this is the time we all should be reaching out to each other in love.
