FALL FROM GRACE

The people who recommed this place haven't lived here very long. It's been sad to see the slow, steady decline of this once beautifully landscaped property. Several years ago, you were likely to see tenants who were Delta pilots. Now, you're more likely to see teenage gangmembers who dress in black and red. Managements says that they have not lowered their credit standards, but the decline in quality tenants in undeniable, which is why you're seeing the good tenants move out.

I can believe the story about people having sex in the pool. I didn't see it, but I did see several "used" white condoms outside of the pool gate & informed mgmt who has taken the step of hiring Fulton Co police officers to patrol the property. LONG OVERDUE!! Wouldn't you be a little concerned if you saw Fulton Co police officers patroling a small apt complex' Your first reaction would be "Why is this necessary'"

Granted, the low interest rates and housing market have caused the quality tenants to buy houses, but I fell like I'm living in the projects and it's time to go.

It seems that the best days for this property are behind it. RAM is a worthless management group and the landlord is cheap becuase they paid too much for the property and they're trying to maximize the return on their investment. RAM has this attitude that since they control many upscale apartment communities in this zip code that they can treat people like crap and you're going to have to take it.

This property was beautifully landscaped before ALARA bought it, but RAM has chosen to throw pine straw where beautiful grass used to grow. And they stopped fertilizing & watering the grass so it's either brown or bald. It's so rediculous, that you will now see the cheap pinestraw in the flower bed in front of the leasing office. Either RAM is trying to save on landscaping costs to improve their margins or the landlord (ALARA)is cheap. Either way, the landscaping sucks.

The facilities are still decent (circa 1997), but the escapees from the Georgia State Penitentiary that have moved in here as well as the cheap landscaping have caused this property to fall from grace.

And be sure to ask other tenants what they're paying if you can. A 2 bedroom apt will range from $800 to $1100. They must get brownie points from the government for renting to the "trailer park trash".

You sound like a very racist person...you probably should move out of Atlanta if you're looking for a "white surburbia"...which judging by your comments, you are. If you hate it so much then move and quit complaining. This is one of the nicer apartment communities around Atlanta.

People move into a community for a reason, they want to be surrounded by a certain quality of person - I totally agree with this resident - that hit the nail on the head! The property is going to crap!!!
