OMG!!! the management has got to go. They seriously do NOT care who moves in here. They say they do background checks but trust me they don't!! You feel like you're living in the ghetto. EVERYONE is moving out, at least the white residents are - it's become very scary and people just don't feel safe. The manager is a joke, she leaves every day and could care less what takes place on this property after she is gone. I would not recommend moving here unless you are a hoodlum, then you'd fit right in.

They are trying to raise the rents if you choose to re-new your lease and the new residents moving in get a discounted rate - go figure! They would rather lose good tenants than keep their rent the same and keep them there. Doesn't make sense, but whatever!!! Also, there is dog poop everywhere!!! Within the next year or two this property will be 100% black & hispanic.

Move in at your own risk!

Where is Roberts when you need them (that was the previous owner/management who was wonderful).

This place is alright if they'd just be a little more picky on who they let move in - I don't think they do any kind of background check, there are some scary people living here now. I hope they clean it up soon!

Welcom e to Atlanta 2007! Society has changed! I live here also and what I have to say to both of you is: Until you walk a mile in the shoes of the property staff, don't go around passing judgment. There are much worse communities to live in...you should be grateful for where you live. At least you have a roof over your head. Plus, if you hate it so bad, why not move? If you miss Roberts so bad, find another one of their properties. I'm sure you'd find problems with them eventually too. People like you guys need to live in a house because you obviously don't understand "apartment living". Some people are never satisfied... *sigh*

If the management staff didn't want to be in management they should change jobs just as you suggest some tenants should move. We don't want to move - this is our home - we just want it back - like it was years ago. There is NO reason it should have ever changed for the worst. You don't get so desperate that you let anyone and everyone move in. Take a look at some of the 20 year old cars in the parking lot - you think these people truly qualified? Come on now??? Get real.....You should do what you can to keep the loyal, good residents that pay on time, and aren't any trouble - but NO, they could care less if you live there or move, that is poor management. Then they have tons of empty apartments so they run all kinds of specials and put balloons and signs out showing how desperate they are, then let anyone move in - well, we don't want that. RAM doesn't hold a candle to Roberts - just wait.....you'll be seeing many residents move out in the next year or so, mark my word!

I agree, the quality of residents has declined,to say the least.They are more interested in making sure everyone gets flyers on thier door about parties at the leasing office.We have dogs off leashes,dog poop every where,ferral cats that have stalked the complex for a number of years and have had litters. Complaints or issues that residences are brushed off. The big sayings that come from them on complaints? "I haven't heard of that happening","Noone else has said anything",(playing dumb)"We'll LOOK into it,as if! BEWARE! To tkw73 , As a matter of fact I have lived in apts all my life.As another rater stated,we could and would enjoy living here if the property,maintenence and security was improved,we'd like to stay. Need I mention that on Mon, July 23rd,2007, there was a shooting on the premises,domestic disturbance turned bad.The jealous ex boyfriend of a resident shot and killed her then turned the gun on her new boyfriend and himself, both only to be taken to the hosp, surviving. Apparently there were previous disputes in the complex. Does the leasing office staff, management, anyone, alert the residents in anyway and give some kind,supportive information on this and advise on aiding residents to thier safety? NO! This is sick and appalling.

I am a fairly new resident here. I moved in sight unseen. I am very pleased with this community. The staff here is great. It does amaze me how people can take the horrible death of a woman who apparently has been in a horrible situation for a long time and make it about them. A crazy person came in off of the street and did something that no one could stop. I would like for 1 person to tell me exactly what anyone except for the person who commited the crime could have done to stop it from happening. Wake up people! This is Atlanta GA. in the year 2007. The last time I check there was no where in this world that that you could hide from crime. Not even backwood bigots like you. If you don't like it here move back to your backwoods. If you think Ram or this Roberts person or any other apartment is going to save you from this world then you are in worse shape than the "people" that you claim management is moving in. People like you give a valid arguement for censorship.

To all the people complaining go buy a house, or is it may you can't afford one, or your credit is too bad, honestly who lives in apartments for more than 3 years. If you dont like the neighbors, management, dogs, cats, and whatever else you have to complain about apartment living, either MOVE OUT or deal with it. If you have a problem with other races maybe you should go live in a cave, oh yea isn't that where white people come from. It's 2007 people there is good and bad in all races.
