DO NOT MOVE HERE

I lived here for three years and the Roach problem is horrible. Managment kept telling me they would take care of it, but I do not think anyone ever came and sprayed. I pulled out my dishwashed and found at least (I am not exagerating) 60 alive and/or dead Roaches. Because of the Roaches it made my stay unpleasant. At first I was wondering maybe it is me, but after I moved out and moved into my new home for a couple of months the problem is gone. Me and my wife paid the rest of our lease and left 3.5 months early just so we would not have to live with that anymore. The building also was constructed very cheap. My A/C bills were 200 in the summer. There is not much insulation. In the winter time condensation would build up on the windows because I think they were the cheapest windows known to man. Mold would form around my window frames. We had to constantly stay on top of that. The only nice thing is the pool. It is very nice.

What building were you in? I live there now and am thinking of moving not because of the bugs (I don't have any) - it's the people they are letting move in, I just don't feel safe anymore. The quality of resident has just gone down and I don't want to live around these people.
