We have lived here for over 3 years now and for the most part we're happy - no place is going to be perfect. I do, however, wish the management team would be more picky about who they let move in. There are good tenants and there are bad, but you'll find that everywhere. When you start letting low quality tenants move in the property starts go down hill, and that's whats happening now. They are losing a lot of good residents and replacing them with a bunch of low-lives. Luckily, there are still a few dozen good residents, and hopefully everyone will stay. We can't let these "yucky" people run us out!!!! There are way too many BIG dogs, lots of poop everywhere. They need more grounds and maintenance people to maintain the property, it's lacking......

Some loser started a fire in the bushes across from bldg. 5. Lovely tenants we have here - NOT!
