The new name of this complex is Archstone Dunwoody. Apartment is nice fairly roomy. Office staff has been both helpful and a bother at times. Pain in the butt to go over to Archstone Perimeter office for packages and office issues. Maint. staff is good...one guy on it is awesome, I think his name is Scott. He seems to know what he is doing more than the rest of the people. Like the office staff though they are hit and miss. Sometimes they fix a problem the first time within 24 hours, sometime they have to show up three or four times (in their defense one of those multiple appearances was a strange repair situation). Ants are a problem. Gates at front break constantly...and stay broken for a month or so before being repaired. Fitness room sucks pretty bad. There is a raquetball court, stairmasters and bikes that are halfway decent. The weight machine blows.
The grounds are decent. Most people try and walk their pets in locations that are not frequented by people. Outside grills are nice.
Parking can be frightening sometimes. Often times with a late arrival you will have to park at the car care center. Many cars park illegally in front of the towing signs and nothing ever happens.
Pretty quiet can get loud sometimes but overall it is serene.
Overall it is a nice place to live.
