Out side of location and large floor plans....not much to offer!

I am moving out at the end of the month, thank goodness! The management is neither helpful at all nor friendly. Karen was GREAT but is gone. Holly (her replacement) seems friendly and was helpful. I have lived there a year and do not know any of my neighbors, I'm lucky to get a mere hello. I have some lady that used to leave notes on my door about picking up cigarette butts that WERE NOT MINE. I always hear people walking up the stairs loudly, and I have an apartment in the BACK of the building. Office never returns phone calls. Rent KEEPS increasing. The list could go on but I think you get the point. The only good things I can comment on are the large apartments (that come with a hefty price) and great location/access to 285/400. I'm buying my first home, the rent is comparable to a three bedroom apartment there, and I suggest you consider the same!

cdigga, I don't work for the company. Your living experience is what you make it. Maybe I'm lucky to live in a great building with good neighbors. If you're unhappy with the complex/service...move. sug |
