Overall the apartment is good!
They need to work on the grounds and stop raising the rent!
Rent is now over $1100 a month and the bug problem is getting worse.
Spiders and roaches ae everywhere and theres mold in my apartment.
I have a two month old baby and have to stay in a hotel because of it.

Oh please. You're in wooded areas in the south. You're going to have pests! I seriously doubt that mold is why you don't stay there...probably because you can't pay the rent.
