I lived at Colonial Grand at Mount Vernon for 2 years (2004-2006 timeframe), and for 16 months of that time period I repeatedly reported a roof leak causing large stains across walls and ceiling area and worsening from 2 areas leaking through sheetrock to 7 areas by the time I gladly left this very poorly managed complex. I copied the Regional Management on my MANY reports of this worsening roof leak, and NEVER received a response. UNLESS THIS COMPLEX IS UNDER NEW AND BETTER MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP SINCE 2006, DO NOT RENT THERE!!!!!

Why wait two year later to write a review, especially, when you don't know if there has been a change. What happened two years ago would not do any good for me now. I would need to know what is going on now in this community not two years ago.
