Just FYI for everyone considering this community - they have just changed property managers. The previous manager was pretty good, not sure what changes will occur with the new individual.
They are changing the water system - instead of billing the amount per unit they are going to take the total water usage for the complex and divide it up based on how many people are in the complex (which I assume is based upon people listed on the lease). Every other complex I've lived at that had this system installed always led to an increase in the amount I had to pay. Not sure how it will work.
One other thing to keep in mind is the outdoor lighting takes forever to be replaced when bulbs burn out, which is nervewracking from a safety perspective.
