This Property has changed significantly since just the beginning of this year due to new staff in the Leasing Office. If there is an emergency in your apartment, don't bother calling the "In Case of Emergency" Number. It's the same # when you call the leasing office with the same recording and choices to speak with the property manager, leasing office, etc. if you call the office, you get voicemail. If you go into the office, it's inconvenient to them as they value potential residetns more than current ones. There have been several situations with residents here where they needed immediate assistance with their unit- several units have been affected by A/C leaks with water subsiding underneath the carpet, units have been flooded from unknown water sources that they have yet to determine from a professional plumber, and there have been several break ins to cars, apartments, and damage to personal property due to poor screening of residents. There have been several times where the Property Manager has asked the residents to call the police on other residents when she herself could have just "managed the property" correctly in the first place for these events to not have even occurred. Make sure that after seeing these pictures, if you do decide to live here, that you invest in renters insurance. The property will not assist you or compensate you, even if they are at their fault.
