I have lived here for a year and a half and I have NOTHING to complain about. I've lived in numberous apartment complexes all over the US so I think I have a good reference point to make my judgement. The apartments are large, they have GREAT closet space and you can't find anything for the same price in the area. Before we moved in we looked everywhere in the area and were going to pay the same price elsewhere for a 2 bedroom as we are paying for our 3 bedroom. Whenever we have had a maintenance issue it has been taken care of promptly. The staff is friendly I think they try to be as accommodating as possible. The best part is that I do not hear my neighbors. Not many complexes can say that. Granted I live on the top floor, but I did that for a reason. People need to remember that they are paying for the convenience of not having to mow the lawn, not having to take care of a pool, not having to fix things around the house, etc. Stop being unreasonable! I definitely recommend this place.

I live on the top floor and I can hear my neighbors and smell their cooking. You probably got lucky. I have been here for three years and completely agree with the previous posts with complaints.
