I am surprised to hear some of these reviews. Some of them I agree with but the others are just exaggerant. The property is a little bit older but in a really good location. I have lived here for 3 years and overall enjoyed living here. Stuff happens anywhere at least there has not been major items going on. I have a close friend that lives an exit up and they experiance crime etc in there community. The staff really does try to accomade any requests I have made and always followup after work order requests. Overall for the money and convience a great community.

Apparently, you aren't aware of all the crime that has occurred on this property just this year, as the leasing office does not properly notice to be more aware after certain police reports have been filed. After your apartment gets flooded three times, let us know if you have the same experience here.
