In Need of Renovation

I've lived here for one year and I am moving in March for two reasons. One is this property has started using the RUBS system for water billing. I live in a one bedroom apartment and I pay $60.00 a month for water alone. I used to pay around $20.00, but now with the new system the entire water property bill is distributed through all the residents. This means that when a leasing agent goes to the bathroom, the entire complex pays for it. It all adds up. Secondly, compared to many other surrounding apartment communities, this place is in a serious need of an upgrade. Cheap cabinets, old countertops, beat up appliances (that are loud and non-energy efficient) The carpet is also very cheap and worn out. The place is in a great location, but thats about it. There are only 2 maintenance workers on the property. One likes his job and the other could care less. In all, for the same price, you can and will get a much better living experience elsewhere.
