I have lived here for about six months and I am not all that pleased with this complex. The management has changed about three times since we moved in, and although they may be quick to respond when there is a problem (via email, etc.), they aren't quick to actually fix the problem. The grounds are often in poor shape (not landscaped, etc.), and there are many rowdy college-age kids who live here and like to party. All in all, I am satisfied with the apartment itself, but it could certainly use some renovations.
