Dunwoody Crossing has got to be the worst complex I have been in. Stephanie (assistant manager) is the most unprofessional person I have ever met.
I have a nasty leak in my bathroom which I was told hasn't been fixed for years because a friend of mine happened to live here before me. We have been calling maintenance for weeks now to get a few things fixed. They don't care about their renters. They treat us as if we are on section 8 and the government is paying our rent. I lived in Morgans Landing another complex owned by Triangle Communities and it was ten times better than this one. I had to leave that complex because of Stephanie. She harrassed me there and didnt give us any service. To my surprise she ended up in Dunwoody Crossing because the renters at Morgans Landing couldn't take her anymore. There are many other things that I can say about Stephanie, but I wont disclose in case I have to take her to court. Triangle Communities hasn't responded to any of my complaints. She is still here!!!!!

I can go on forever...the bottom line is, stay away from this complex.
