Well it's not the worst, but really, should there be that many roaches crawling over my welcome mat' I once had a roach run into my apartment just as I opened the door to walk outside! I realize it's outside but I think it shouldn't be that way.

When I moved in, our fridge didn't work, so they brought us a temporary one. But never brought us back the fixed new one.

Light switches sometimes fail to make a connection and take several flicks before turning on.

Once got a "final notice" about our porch window coverings which threatened us with a fine and I had never received any other notice beforehand! Also this was a paper notice upon our door!

It seems to me that some of the people working here are indeed nice and want to be as helpful as possible. But others seem lazy or just want to get you out of the way. It could be a much better community if the work staff were more dedicated and they maintained things better.

I totally agree with you...especially the people that work in the rental office. One guy name Andrew or andrey and this ugly girl name Tamika. I came in to be on the waiting list and never receive a call back. I went up there to speak with That Tameka girl and she just rushed me out of the office lying that she don't have any townhomes ready, inwhich they did. I was very pissed. But it should be a blessing in disguise. If I move there Me and That ugly Tameka girl would definitely bump heads!!
