I'm a single white guy who lives in one of the studio Townhouses. I've lived here for almost two years. True, being white in this community you stand out like a sore thumb. But, I've never once had a major problem with where I live. My home is nice, the landscaping leaves something to be desired, but overall it's very nice. The stove broke right after X-mas last year and they came out and replaced it the next day. I also recieved a letter on my door one day telling me I had a noise violation called in on me. But when I asked the office it turned out they put the notice on the wrong door. I feel so safe in this place that I jog 3 times a week when I come home from work (8pm). Never once have I felt unsafe, Never once has anyone broken into my car/home, and Never once have I had a major problem with the office. This place really is nice and you can't beat the price for a townhouse ($615/mo), or the location to Hwy GA400.
