I've lived here for three years and I think the area is starting to get better. Yes I was here when the woman was robbed and her car stolen, my apartment is in the area that the man was shot in his car (fyi..it wasn't a random act of violence)..I've been here through it all and personally have never had a problem. I've had one situation with ants when I first moved here two years ago. Not a problem since. I did have an issue with Palmetto bugs (giant roaches) twice. Each time they occurred during extremely hot and humid times in the year. I found two that had entered my apartment and were dying. I sucked them up with the vacuum and that was the end of that. I have also had the same issue with Palmetto bugs in my "extremely luxury" apartment complex before I moved to Dunwoody Crossings. People need to remember they are in the South...were bugs are bigger and more prevelant. I've lived in Florida and the bug situation there is 200% worse. In regards to the tenants..the less desirables have moved out for the most part and the complex has been active removing people ASAP that have illegally "sublet" apartments from others. I've seen it with my own eyes...As far as the people of hispanic origin. They have all been very very nice to me. When I drive to take my trash out every time a man has been there as well, they have always taken my trash from me and placed it in the dumpster. They have always been extremely kind to me and never posed any kind of danger. I think a lot of the issues that the apartment complex experienced where from the neighboring complex Azalea Park. There was a huge issue with visitors next door coming over and causing havoc in our complex. But those days are a thing of the past. Also, I've never had an issue with the rental office except for the few times I have gone in there one of the leasing agents was what I would call less than professional and they are always the women. However, every Manager I've dealt with has been very helpful. I've never been late with my rent, so the need to interact with the office has been very few and far between.

The only complaint I have is that sometimes neighbors can be inconsiderate. Slamming doors in middle of the night or playing the music a little too loud too early in the morning. But hey...I live in an apartment...you can't have everything. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
