I have lived here for a year and love it. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are cool, too. Mgt. has been very helpful when problems arise, which were few and far between. The price definitely could be better, but for the area and atmosphere, it's great. Oh, and the gates actually work consistently, unlike other complex's.
