Call for rates and ask about the REDECORATING FEE. This place charges YOU for a cost they should be absorbing as a business. Today it was quoted as an unbelievable $210 fee. Don't rent from apartments that sneak charges in on you for their own expenses. If they do this when you sign up, what do you think they'll be like when they have you locked into their lease'
