I've lived here for almost 4 years and it's a nice, safe place to live. The location is easily accessible to 285, 85 and 400 - the perfect location to go just about anywhere.
I've never had many problems with maintenance, or the staff, who are very responsive.
The only drawback I did have was with some leaks in my ceiling, which took a couple of times to completely fix - but all is okay now.
The property is well maintained, and I've enjoyed living here.
