Dunwoody Gables

dunwoody gables looks nice from the outside, but it's not so nice from the inside. you can hear your neighbors very clearly thru the walls/ceilings/floors. the office staff is VERY unhelpful, as they are out to make as much $$$ off of tenants as possible!!! they would not honor their "30-day trial period" (if you don't like it you can move out within 30 days--it's FALSE) and make sure you give your 60-day notice of your move-out -- they will NOT remind you by giving you a renewal form. if you don't give 60 days notice, they will charge you for breaking your lease, as they assume that if you don't sign up to move out you're automatically renewing your lease. don't live here or you'll regret it!

Hello, welcome to apartment living! I don't know about this person, but I've lived here for 3 years now and I've always gotten a renewal notice to remind me that I have 60 days notice if I want to leave and that if I don't sign a new lease the one I have right now will just roll over. This must the first apartmet this "anonymous resident" has ever lived in because I've never lived anywhere that didn't require a notice and didn't assume that if I didn't renew and didn't give notice that I'd be staying. Sounds like someone is in for a wake up call at the next place they live!
