My roommate and I have lived here for 1 year already and just signed a renewal fofr another year. The rent increase was not out of control, but expected and in line with market value. The office staff is GREAT, especially Amanda and Cedric. They always take care of us and speak when you see them around the property. The community is fairly quiet, sometimes the pool can seem like spring break. But no one is crazy loud. Other than the normal "apartment living" annoyances, it's a great place to live. If you want complete quiet, no maintenance problems and a gate that works 100% of the time, buy your own house and quit complaining!
