I've been living here for a year now and I love it. The location is perfect. I can get anywhere in Atlanta I need to be without sitting in traffic. The apartment staff is always very sweet when I have a chance to stop by for some coffee or a cookie. Anytime I have a request, they handle it quickly. So I plan on staying when I need to resign. It works for me and my no nonsense lifestyle.

oh you mean the starbucks coffee maker (and cola fridge) and gourmet cookies our rent increases pay for?? i thought that was only for new people they're trying to lure in. you better watch it! they might dock you for it!

you can get anywhere in Atlanta without sitting in traffic? Are you kidding me......these apartments are off the north corridor of 285 which is one of the most congested areas in Atlanta! The apartment staff is not always sweet either! Unless you are in there to lease an apartment or hand them a check they would rather not be bothered. There is no nice shopping centers or casual resturants around the complex either unless you drive over to Perimeter Mall area. Also, unless you have a 2 bedroom apartment you are paying almost the same for a 1 bedroom. There is only one trash compactor for the entire complex and it backs up a lot and people sit out unwanted furniture which is a total eyesore right in front of the sign that says no furniture.
