Been here several months. Dunwoody is great neighborhood. Overall its been a good experience. Staff is accommodating, the maintenance service is great and prompt. My only comment from previous reviewers is that crime in Dekalb in general and all over Atlanta is on the rise and you should expect to take the same precautions everywhere. i tend to remember numerous car and home break-ins in this community so it was a little bit localized to this community and the surrounding ones. i'd move a little deeper into dunwoody towards sandy springs for less crime in an apartment complex. hope you're ready for the serious $ increases to come when you renew...
