I am a resident. I have been a very happy resident for 6 years!
As a retired Customer Service Trainer for IBM, I know first hand, people that have a bad experience enjoy sharing it with anyone that will listen. People with a great experience are usually not the ones taking the time (motivated) to share their story.
I moved here mainly because of location. During the six years I have been here at Hampton Hill, I have had some little issues with the apartment, the management was quick to repair. I find Management to be responsive to my needs and I am glad to recommend my apartments.
