Since I believe "word of mouth" is the greatest source of advertising, I want to know the comments that are made about Hampton Hill and our team. Hampton Hill has a very special place in my heart. I began my association with Lane Company in 1991, and by 1995 I was given the opportunity to manage this wonderful community. In addition I, too, have been a resident of Hampton Hill. My own experience was rewarding enough that I have referred many friends and family members to the community. I am happy to learn that we are meeting the needs of many residents; yet, I was very diappointed to find our ratings were low. As the manager, I want to utilize negative feedback as a learning tool. I am confident that we take good care of good residents and we are always there to greet you with a smile. I believe that I will never be able to please all of the people all of the time because, unfortunately, the manager also has to collect delinquent rent and charge fees for property damages. I understand that at some point in time, a resident may not be happy with all of my decisions. My job consists of resident satisfaction to the community, as well as client satisfaction, as I must make the owner's investment a profitable one. To achieve this balance, my goals are to provide great service, a reasonable rental rate and a great place to call home. I hope in the future that when someone makes a comment, positive or negative, they also sign their name to the comment card or survey, to allow me to follow up!
