I have pretty much been in this complex for 8 years. There has been maintenence/managment and security issues but it is not that bad. To read these reviews pay attention to the years indicated. I hate that one persons bad experience is out here like this. I have had a one bedroom and a two bedroom..... In the summer there was an ant problem but they continued to maintain the problem. The area in general is getting worse it has nothing to do with the community property....Since I have lived in this area I have been in 2 other complexes and there is car theft and apartment break ins. Instead of addressing these issues with the apartment complex start taking this to SABDY SPRINGS Government about the rise in crime. I feel that the entire Sandy Springs is going downhill and the rise in apartment cost is ridiculous.
