I had written a review few months back that this apartment is nice in all aspect, but now i changed my view totally..with the takeover by new management, this apartment has become a HELL.

The Apartment management is a pain in the a**, dealing with them is next to impossible. You keep complaining about the issues, they will always say, it will be taken care of tomorrow/thisweek, and nothing happens for Weeks/months. With the construction work going on, anything you complain is put on the construction people and they don't even bother to come and look at the issue.

Front staff is useless, they dont know anything. Assistant Manager is the MOST RUDE person i ever met, and property manager talks sweetly but does not get anything done. Forget about they will take care of things themselves, they don't bother even when you complain about it.

I certify that whatever i have written i am going through this, I regret my decision of renewing my lease. If you haven't signed the dotted line, don't even consider doing it..Apartments may look good, but the new management will make sure to make it a hell as soon you will turn in.

I could not agree with you more. Every time you think management could not get worse, Guess What? It Can and does.
