moving into this complex was by far the worst decision i have made in years. It did not start out that way though. There was a great manager here until about 6 months ago. Then they decided to hire low rent people who could barely speak english. They have totally trashed this complex.
Here is an example of the new mgmt:
Out driveways had zero cracks in them, yet they decided to repave.. no biggie, all complexes do that. They took a system of doing this that meant every person was going to have to walk almost half way around the complex to move or get their car. They actually sent this reminder on the 3rd day of making us do this:
"October 16th- Please have your cars removed no later than 7am. Asphalt paving is to begin at 8:00 am sharpp. If your car needs to be removed by Hampton Hill, it will be towed at the owner's expense."
